Nose: Elegant notes of peach, pears and citrus fruits with refreshing hints of wet stones Palate: Elegant, lively, mineral, crisp and well-balanced. Winemaking: The berries were picked from a single vineyard at an altitude of 4,430 feet and underwent a double selection of bunches and berries. 6 months in stainless steel tanks followed by 4 months in bottle. Soil: Alluvial soil with rock foundation.
