Vintage: 2011 Style: Rich textured and medium bodied.Varieties: 100% Chardonnay Colour: Golen colour. Nose: Elegant aromas of apple, pineapple,honey and vanilla. Palate: Medium bodied, elegant and well balanced. Winemaking: The berries were picked from a single vineyard at an altitude of 4,430 feet and underwent a double selection of bunches and berries. 10 months in new French oak  barrels. Soil: Alluvial soil with rock foundation.
