Arido means arid in English. The vineyards where the grapes are picked for this Malbec are located in the high altitudes of Mendoza, Argentina. This is a high desert that lies at 3,500 feet above sea level with less than 4 inches of rain per year. Perfect conditions for growing clean, fresh and sustainably farmed fruit.

Region: Mendoza, Argentina  Style: Frizzante Varieties: 100% Moscato Nose: Bright apple and pear fruit aromas with a backbone of roses. Palate: Natural fruit sweetness beautifully balanced by crisp acidity and slight fizziness. Fresh fruit and deliciousness. Winemaking: High altitude vinyards sitting about 950m above sea level and good climatic conditions allow the winery to maintain vineyards with sustainable farming and no fitosanitary treatment. During the vegetative season there is a difference of temperature between day and night of 15C allowing for excellent colour and flavour development. Soil: Sandy loam with limestone channels. Low to medium fertility with low percentage of organic material Technical data: Alcohol 7.8%, Total Acidity 5.73 g/l, Sugar 88g/l, PH 3.1
